How sweet is this wine going to be?
I'm making some homemade wine out of Welch's and got a 2QT, 1.89 L jug of red grape juice for some red wine. I put about 2 cups of sugar in it with almost a whole packet of baker's yeast. Will this be a really sweet wine or will all of that yeast sort of balance out the the sugar and add some dryness?Oh and I just though of this too. I heard that baker's yeast can only handle around 3 5 % alcohol before it dies out and stops fermenting. I can't get wine yeast I don't think because I'm not 21 yet. I'm making this wine for my 21st which is in a month. I've made some Welch's wine in the dorm at college before a while back and I remember a few glasses getting me feeling pretty damn good. So 3 5 % abv or more? I'd appreciate it if someone could help me with that ? as well. Thanks
I drank 3 bottles of wine or other alcohol every weekend for the past 3 going on 4 years what will betheeffect?
P.S. in the year 2009 drank at least 2 or 3 bottles of wine or champagne a day almost every day will I be dead soon? and in 2008 drank a 1.5 liters bottle of wine a few times on seperate nights.

I saw this on another question while I was looking for something to make for Valentine's Day. This sounds simple and delicious but there's not a lot of elaboration so I'm hesitant to try it. I would test it beforehand but I'm not going to have access to a kitchen until then. Here's what I found Mix 1 cup heavy cream in a pot with 1 cup beef broth and 1 cup of wine. Add veal or beef chunks and cook until tender this is a recipe I picked up in France . I drink a 750 ml's bottle of wine every friday saturday and sunday and sometimes thursday will it kill me?
Or a liter of alize red passion, adult chocolate milk, baileys, kahula, starbucks coffee cream liqueuer, hpnotiq, hpnotiq harmonie friday followed by a 750 ml's bottle of wine saturday and sunday or a 375 ml's bottle of vodka friday followed by a 750 ml's bottle of wine saturday and sunday is this gonna kill me?
