How do I loose belly fat when I think I've already got quite strong abs?
I've lost about a stone and a half in the lst 6 months from exercise and just watching what I eat but no diet.I'm really pleased with what I've achieved and I dont nessusarily want to loose anymore weight as all my stats, BMI, fat muscle water percentage are all in the ideal bracket so I dont want to loose much more and then not be able keep it off.I just cant shift this belly fat. I do alot of ab work and I think they are quite strong now but obviously you cant see it with fat over the top. How do I loose the belly fat with trying to loose more weight generally?

Additional Info I'm a girl and I do a lot of ab exercises but it seems it's impossible for me to get that " ab" look . Also it doesn't help that I'm short 5'1 I've tried dieting but not only is it super hard for me it doesn't really seem to work. The excersizes I do are 30 Crunches 50 Side where you sit in the crunch position but you crunch to the side and meet your elbow w your knee 10 push ups 10 minutes vigorous walking raising my knee sto be Parallel w my hips 50 bicycle crunches And then I stretch mostly my legs and back for 15 20 minutes

How to get strong abs?
I'm trying to get a 6 pack. I understand that there's no magic way of getting one, and that it'll take a lot of time and effort, but I just need a specific workout I can do everyday for a few months. I'm already skinny, and I've noticed from doing weight lifting the last couple years that I build muscle really fast. So with that in mind, can someone give me a workout to do and roughly how long it would take to get some strong abs?Sorry I know sit ups work your abs, I meant more specific than that.. like how many and what kinds of sit ups.

I have pretty strong abs and can do a lot of different ab workouts. I am between slender and average. But even though my abs are strong I STILL have a stubborn layer of fat at below my belly button.
