This is serious. I want to develop a six pack or at least some good abs. I need some help drawing up a good workout plan. I can't get to a gym right now but I still want to do it. Here's my specifics. I'm Male White 22 years old 6ft tall 165lbs 12 % body fat 35 inch stomach circumference 30 inch waist pants size I run on a treadmill 4 5 times a week for 30 minutes each time at 4mph I do some situps and pushups but without someone to help I'm mostly just working the thigh muscles by sticking them under a couch to hold them down. I can tell I have ab muscles, but they are under a small layer of stomach fat. Nothing substantial. I have mostly broken my snacking habits. So that's not a big issue. My eating is not an issue that is mainly under control. I may need to count calories. If I can.I just need to work off that last little bit of stomach fat and replace it with muscle and form a six pack or some good abs. My question is what can I do to build defined abs. Is there stuff I can do inside my house exercises that will work or do I need to go out and do some intense working out such as manual labor, as in lifting? If so what kind? I need either a plan of action or some sites that will tell me what to do and you think will have pretty sure fire results.THANK YOU for any help. Please don't make any jokes or troll comments. I really am serious about this.I'm thinking of getting some home workout equipment such as a bow flex. Is that a good idea??I can't rely on getting equipment. So please don't base any answer around me getting such equipment. Maybe make it part of the answer but not dependent on my having equipment.ALSO I might join a gym if I get the money and time. People say Planet Fitness is a bad place cause of the " Lunk Alarm" thing, some people say if you get a steady workout going the alarm goes off and you get kicked out cause you can't help but grunt sometimes...is any of this true?? How to obtain a six-pack/abs? *Male*?
I'm 15 and 5'5 weighing in at 120.I currently workout every night for 30 45 minutes and about 10 minutes after school. Then I run a mile. I'm currently slimming down on sweets, soda icecream etc... I've been focusing on eating less for dinner and lunch and eating a huge ass breakfast. I've also been eating a hell of a lot of protein, protein bars.. etc.. I've been doing this for about 2 months and I can see the form of a 4 pack already well standing up but I can't manage to get the bottom two to " pop." I know it's all one muscle and it has something to do about fat But I can't seem to loose that fat around the bottom part of my stomach, how do I do so? I'm guessing it'll take a few months. Another thing, are there any other workouts, workouts that I can do at home? Without any equipment? I'm currently working so hopefully Ill be attending a gym in the morning before school DAnyway, what else should I be doing? Should I be focusing on anything else? Im planning on getting my abs in about a year and Im going full out.. I also dont play any sports.. Should I be running more? What are some good workouts? Should I be eating anything specific? My routine Run for a milesit ups, static holds, push upsthen i do crunches and another type of crunch when i keep my legs up in the air.. lolAm I on the right path? Any advice? Thanksthen i do

Currently I have a flatt stomach and some fat. And I would love to get my six pack before spring break.My current workout every night is 5setsx200rep crunches5x30 push ups5x20 pull ups5x10 hanging leg lifts5 one minute sets of body planks.Is there a better workout than this I can do?Maybe even a diet plan too? How to get Six pack abs for swimming?
I am a swimmer, I want six pack abs not only because 5 times a week for an hour in a half I am shirtless in front of a team of 30, but actually I want lower my body fat to as little as possible and gain as much dense lean muscle as possible and be in my best shape. I can do 20 30 Correct pushups depending on my day, and I can do 6 wide grip pullups all the way down of course and 10 side grip pullups likewise . I currently have 3 regional cuts, and I want to get a state time, and I have really plateau'ed in my swimming right now because I have swam for years and I have gotten my technique down, all I need is to grow and bulk up and lose my last bit of body fat. I am not a big guy, if you saw me with a shirt on you would probably wonder why i am asking this question, but I have somewhere between 7 12 pounds of body fat that I would like to lose while at the same time gain that 7 12 pounds back in muscle mass. The reason why I am asking this question is because the last 10 pounds are the hardest to lose, and I dont exactly have the highest metabolism, 15 year old male and so how should I go about losing these last 10 pounds. I swim 5 times a week, 1 hour and a half each practice, intense workouts not leisure. I am not interested in diet pills or fad diets, maybe somebody who has been through what I have gone through and can give me advice, thanks
