Whats a great ab workout equipment that's affordable?
I just want to work on my stomach. I saw one in walgreens. I know walmart has some also but I don't know which one gives good results. Any help is greatly appreciated. Doing crunches on my own is frustrating because I feel tension in my neck so I know I'm not doing it properly so i need some equipment to help. I had a c section 2 1 2 months ago also. Spending 100 dollars is affordable.

Anyone know of a good piece of ab workout equipment?
I mainly mean the equipment you see late on at night advertising various body workout equipment. Im looking specifically for equipment which will work my abs, pecs, basically most areas of my upper body.Thx, all advice welcomed Edit Should have mentioned, im looking for relatively practicale size equipment for the household, and preferably under 100

Which is the best ab workout equipment?
I hear alot about the an circle, coaster, rocket and the contour but I want to know which one is the best and don't tell me none of them work of you haven't tried them because I know at least one works.

AB workout equipment on TV?
Does anyone know what it's called? I remember seeing it on the paid programing channel on TV,, its like a circle thing and you put your hand and knees on, so you're in a crawling position, like it has these things that are soft and you put your knees on, then a handle bar on the front to grab with your hands, then you sway your hips and knees and since its on a rotating circle the upper part of ur body is straight because the handlebar doens't move, but from ur hips down ur moving from side to side. It's suposed to help you exercise your abs and stuff,,, and stimulate your leg muscles.. doesn anyone know what its called?? and if anyone has it or has tried it, does it really work??I'm not trying to lose weight, im not over weight or have extra fat,, i'm actually trying to gain more weight hahaha. but i just want ABS. And no i'm not anorexic either or under weight. I just want aaabbss,, like I feel like everything's going mostly to my stomach,, haaha,, it used to be flatish,, and now its like BAM it sticks out a little.. I just want to get noticeable abs,, not a 6pack of course, but something that shows I like to keep in shape. But i dont want to do situps, i hate those, I saw this machine and I really like how it looks so I just want to know what it's called. How come every time someone asks about excercises or workout equipment people automatically think that person is overweight and wants to excercise to lose weight.. The purpose of excercising isn't just to lose weight, it is also to IMPROVE and MAINTIN muscle strength and to PREVENT from gaining weight. D
