this,i mean as in when you are stressed to the max the body gives warning signs,but can some signs have meanings?what if where you want to be and what life you want to live your passions and dreams,you cannot have them because there are obstacles or the Universe or fate stopping it from becoming true therefore not meant to be,but do you think when you Deny going for your dreams at all costs it can have a ill effect on your health and well being?A buddhist once told me well i have had a few health problems lately i am miserable and cannot change the way things are,so my feet got very swollen out of nowhere and i was taking meds to get the inflammation down,but he said that was a sign that you are unable to move forward in life that is why that happened to my feet,and only last week i broke out suddenly in this rash and he said it was due to stress of denying following your heart,both went away,im just curious,if you are that unhappy can that show in the body with signs like this,but everyone says what is destiny is Destiny that you cannot change fate or destiny that if it is not meant to be it cannot be changed,so how do you know if you should still give it a shot what is in your heart to follow even when there is a risk of failure and things could be worse,can i have yourthoughts thanks in advance
If your mum asked if she could practice reiki on you, would you let her?
My mum just came in and asked if she could practice her reiki on me it's a spiritual healing thing, she's studying it...Now, I have a thing about touching, I don't like people being too close, it's just uncomfortable, so I said I wasn't too keen on the idea, and she said " it does work you don't have to believe in it it does " ..Now I feel bad.. Should I let her? I'm an atheist and, ew. I'm not talking about incest.
I have recently finished a reiki usui master course but am feeling unsure about writing my own attunements?

Why do deep spiritual things like reiki take so much energy out of you?
Last week i did reiki for the first time and was exhausted after it and day or two after....and i made another appointment to go again this week because i asked how her how often she recommended i do it and she said 3 within 10 days to build myself up. but just remembered im going away the next day and wondering if i should cancel because im i dont want to find myself lacking energy on my trip....should i cancel or keep the appointment and hope for the best?
Should I practice reiki on myself and have you ever practiced reiki on yourself or others?
How did it work for you? I am thinking of practicing reiki on myself so that I can lose weight... I did it yesterday and for some reason, I felt the part my hands were touching get really warm... and the next day I started to hate all unhealthy foods...I plan on doing this again but I don't know if it's the reiki, the garlic, or the change in religion that caused me to hate unhealthy foods...When I was practicing reiki yesterday, I touched the top of my breasts for a long time, and then touched my fell for only about 10 20 seconds.... so I don't know why that would make me hate unhealthy foods.

Do you believe in reiki healers?
I believe there are people who can heal others, but I think they are only found in pentecostal churches..I have great difficulty believing that ordinary people have the capacity to heal others
