I read that I shouldn't eat imported soft cheese but what counts as soft cheese? My husband is military and we're stationed in Germany so I'm just trying to figure out if I should avoid cheeses entirely or if theres specific kinds? I was wondering what some bad foods are to eat during pregnancy. Early and late pregnancy. Snack foods, meals, fast food, anything like that. I love milky ways and I eat a ton of chicken noodle soup. I drink water alot. At least a large cup of milk everyday too. I love soups and pastas alfredo, spagettii, angel hair with herbs I eat maccaroni and cheese slot. I used to eat ham and cheese sandwichs 'til I figured out that lunch meat is bad. I love chilli and hotdish too. Is there any candy I should avoid for halloween? I love cookies and chocolate cake too. Please help me What should I eat and what should I avoid?

I realise some of the answers this question will recieve will be just rumours and not factually true but i am curious as to what foods shouldnt be eaten or should be eaten in moderation during pregnancy and if those foods differ during different trimesters.I have read that peanuts shouldn't be eaten at all because they can lead to allergies in the baby. I've also heard honey but havnt heard why , a limit of 2 cups of tea per day, raw eggs and fish, and soft cheese. I'm also not sure about FETA cheese? Is that ok to eat cause i eat a lot.Just want to say these are all things that i have heard and not actually been told by a doctor so for those of you who are pregnant dont skip the honey and peanuts until you have checked with your doc and im in Australia, not usa
