How to get around the limit on payday loans in Illinois?
I'm in a bind and I went to a payday loan lender today. I was told that because I already have two loans opened with other lenders , I cannot open another loan. One lender I owe $62 ,And the other $41 .Not an issue. I was planning on closing those accounts in the morning anyway when I got paid because that's when they are due. I know that even if I pay them, there is a waiting period before I can open another loan in the state of Illinois. I was wondering if i would be able to open one in another state? I'm right by Wisconsin ... ?Would a lender give me a loan there ?

In other words, that $1000 loan will cost you $4006.80 plus the $500 fee . That works out to an APR of 194.70 %.

Payday loan debt help!!?
Ive been using payday loans for about 6 months now, and its gradually increasing by the month so that i can afford to pay it off, anyone got suggestions? ive tried getting a loan with my bank so that i can pay off the payday loans and have less interest to pay off, but i cant now as my credit score is so bad. is there any other companies that would do the same? please help i really need to have my own money again.its not loads but its about 100 200 a month, but im an apprentice and i only earn about 350 a month and i have to pay rent too im aware i was an idiot for doing it, if i knew payday loans were so bad i wouldnt have used them in the first place
Payday loan nightmare? Got in a mess last year?
Last year for every single month when I found out about them April time I took out payday loans. These ranged from 100 600 at a time. I was struggling to find the money to pay them off. I became unemployed and as a result of this I took out more. I managed to pay them all off last month and my new years resolution was to not take out any more. However after paying the last one off in December and with Christmas it's left me short this month and still 2 and a half weeks til payday. I know how good it will feel to get all my own money and not have to pay it out but really tempted to get a wonga loan, cause I only have 70ish left.Any advice or thoughts on this, and how to stop myself from getting a loan again? None of my family or boyfriend know about this, I feel like I'm leading a second life when they wonder how I can work full time but still be so broke. Thankyou.
How can i get a payday loan?
My work does not do payday loans, and i do not have the pay stubs from the past couple months because my girlfriend threw them away. I just got done paying the rent and then my truck broke down and i spent every last cent i had fixing it and now if i don't get 300 dollars for the power bill they are going to shut it off. I do not have a bank acount because the last two i had someone stole my card and spent a shit load of money that the bank would not cover. and i need to get a payday loan or something asap or im going to be screwed. Me and my girlfriend are stressing out like crazy and i just dont know what to do. If there is anyone out there who might know how i could get a payday loan or something els out there that could help please let me know. I have tried all the community centers DSHS and all the churches in the area and they have all denied us because we are not elderly and have no kids. i just dont know what to do anymore so if there is any way someone might know a place out there that would help please let me know or of a place that will pay me at the end of the day if i work there that is not like labor ready or something because i do not have time to sit there for a week to wait for something so if someone could point me in the right direction for a place that would give me a payday loan or pay me for working at the end of the day let me know i am not above working my ass off to get it i just need help so please if you can help let me know and i will be very greatfull...By the way i live in Black Diamond WA so i need something around that area thanks to everyone who reads this and answers my question.
Payday Loan Consolidation Concern?
I had a baby last August, and missed two months of work and 3 4 of my income, roughly $3,000. We don't qualify for WIC or foodstamps which led us into the vicious payday loan cycle. I have enrolled with a company called Solid Ground Financial to consolidate these loans and hopefully be rid of them once and for all. My question is, are they legit? Before anyone says it's cheaper to do it yourself, keep in mind that my husband and I have 17 payday loans between us, and we are going to have over $5,000 debited from our bank accounts between now and February 3rd. This leaves no money for food, rent, formula, utilities, gas, nada. This company has offered me a 10 month payment of $965 per month, which leaves me cash to pay my bills and still make the once per month payment. We are supposed to close our bank accounts and open a fresh one, but I will have to do an ACH hold on mine until I have the money to bring it current, and then close it. I'm concerned about this, also. I work for a reputable place in my hometown, and I do not want to go to jail over these stupid payday loans and leave my two small children to the world. I've never been in a situation so scary. Any advice or help or thoughts on the entire matter would be appreciated, but please nothing rude. I've spent the past two months juggling loan after loan after loan just to barely make ends meet. I feel like I am doing something illegal by going through this company and closing my accounts, but I have go to ensure we have a place to live and food for my kids. I don't know what else to do. I would have absolutely preferred to go through a bank, but I have absolutely no credit to obtain any type of loan, not even through sources such as Lending Club. This is definitely a last resort. I am not blaming anyone but myself for my mess. I understand I dug myself into this hole. I am hoping someone who used Solid Ground can attest to their reputation.
