Where can i get cheap natural dog food?
I currently feed my 2 dogs a JRT and a GSD Collie Wagg complete dog food which costs me just over 10 for a 15kg bag which is nice and cheap but it has quite a few additives and im looking for a cheap alternative which is Natural but i cant seem to find one cheap enough. were on a tight budget and cant afford to pay much more than this. so im wondering if anyone knows of a natural dog food which is cheap and the same size bag as we are currently getting 15KG They have both been 'done', my JRT is 5 years old and my GSD Collie is just over 9 months old and quite hyperactive and im sure all these additives arent helping lolI live in the UK so giving me US answers arent going to help lolAnd also ive asked my vet before and all they could reccomend was the expensive crap they sell in the vets which is also full of additives and way over my budget
Have you ever hear or saw any complaints/recalls about Go! natural dog food?

Blue buffalo and other natural dog foods?
I feed my dogs Blue buffalo but its kinda expensive.... Where i board my horse the lady feeds her dogs something Diamond or Diamond something... Idk but what do you think of Blue buffalo and should i keep feeding my dogs this or change it?I have to buy the big bag cuz we have 3 dogs but then again that probley isnt bad for the quality of the food but my 5 month old dog had the runs the other day... but i took her off of the wet food to see if that helps her... Is there a natural dog food that resembles Kibbles 'n Bits?
The only food that my dog will eat without it having to be mixed is Kibbles 'n Bits but he has digestive problems and cannot eat the corn in most dog foods. He has to eat natural food because it does not contain corn but he does not like the taste of every natural food that I have given to him. If you know of a natural food that is like Kibbles 'n Bits it would be very helpful to me. Thanks.
What is the best natural dog food?
I am looking for a puppy food that is natural, no rice except brown perhaps whole chicken, not by products, basically the best natural puppy chow out there with out added chemicals or fillers. I have looked a lot into Blue Buffalo, but I am wondering if there is something better out there.
Puppy cannot handle natural dog food...help!!?
I have a 6 month old Shar Pei mix. When we brought him home, we decided we wanted to put him on Puppy Wellness I have another Shar Pei mix on it, and he does very well . So we did the slow transition from the food he was currently on to the Wellness. A month later Filbert was doing well. It was short lived though, he started having terrible diarrhea. We took him to the vet just to be sure he was healthy, he was. I tried splitting the feeding times to 3 times a day, didn't work. Tried pumpkin puree, yogurt..nothing helped. I asked an employee at the store for their opinion, since Wellness was not the one for him. She raved about Blue Buffalo. So again we started the slow changing of food and Filbert was doing great, I thought I found the golden ticket. But, then he started having diarrhea again. I just want to do the best thing for my little guy. I stress myself out, and have been doing research on the internet for hours looking for something. I know not all food is meant for all dogs. Everything I read basically says that if you want to feed your dog the best, it has to be holistic. Holistic is not meant for him, so my question is.....Does anybody know some great brands that work for their dog , that are not natural. Or if they are natural, have enough fiber in them to keep his bowels in check I really appreciate the help, I should have done this instead of staying up all hours of the night hitting the keyboard Just to clarify, I am not looking for tips on how to feed my dog, or how to change the food. I have all of that down, I just want some great, trustworthy brands that I can feel good about putting in his bowl I definitely believe the food is too rich for him. I have never heard of Merrick, but I have heard of Natural Balance. I just was afraid to pick up another " natural" food for him He definitely has plenty of bones to chew on constantly he is a feisty little man . Why is this so stressful??? I told my vet all the issues we were having, so he did test for alot of issues that could be the cause. I did not think about him being allergic to chicken, since chicken is the most common meat source in all of the foods. I will definitely change the meat source, and hope that makes it all better. I do not want to stop feeding him these foods, his coat is fantastic. Other than the diarrhea he is extremely happy and healthy Thank you for all of the advice, you have no idea how much I appreciate it Hazel86 We mostly give him actual bones, but I absolutely have given him raw hides as well. Whenever I gave my older dog one, I usually gave a smaller to him. I had no idea that could be the issue, I will definitely stop that right away and see what happens Thank you

What do you think of AvoDerm Natural dog food and Life's Abundance?
Life's Abundance has chicken meal, and so does AvoDerm. They both cost plenty, but i like that Life's Abundance ships. I also want to use several foods at the same time just in case one is missing something. The truth is mine liked Natural Balance. I doctor the food with my table drippings. Is that a terrible thing?

Earthborn Holistic Grain Free Primitive Natural dog food this is the food i have been using for my dogs. is it a good food? is there a better one out there? one of my dogs is medium sized, very active, and very difficult to keep in good weight the vet has ruled out any medical reasons for the weight issues. he thinks she just has a high metabolism from how active she is this food seems to do an ok job of keeping her weight on but is there a better one out there? she is a picky eater so the food needs to be really palatable for her. i dont have the time or resorces to feed a raw diet so i am looking to find out if this dry dog food is good or if there is another better one out there that i should try. i understand that everyone has their own opinion on what dog food is best and i will probly get a different answer from everyone that responds. all opinions are welcome and please give your reasoning behind your opinion of the dog food i am using and or the one you reccomend. thanks
Natural dog food better than big name brands?
I recently saw a lot of complaints on health disorders in their pets that they were blaming on purina one dog food. Now i'm wondering, If i get one of the more expensive natural foods, is that notably safer than to continue feeding my dog purina one. What I'm asking is,1. Is it more likely I'll get a bad batch with purina than the natural, smaller company dog food?2. Is the natural dog food actually healthier for the dog, and not self proclaimed?I'm just a bit paranoid about it.
