Men's health risks with mountain biking?
I'm 20 and like mountain biking. Are there any risks for mountain biking that affect guys in particular? Any ways to prevent these risks?I'm talking about sperm count, fertility, stuff like that.

hey.i was making food, and burned my finger. i immediately put my finger on ice, and is still keeping it there. it doesn't look very bad or hurt at all, but i think there is gonna come a blister. i've got mountain biking tomorrow. what should i do to avoid getting a blister? because a blister will hurt me while cycling.thanks.please answer asap

I mountain bike for 2 1 2 3 hours each day will it help me lose weight especially my belly fat im 5'9 I used to weigh 150 pounds on the weight scale at school and 3 weeks later of starting mountain biking i weigh 140....im just wondering if its from mountain biking and im constantly pushing my mountain bike up steep hills
Should i wear a mouthguard mountain biking/snow skiing?
I mountain bike and ski alot and just for recreation. I am planning on going Mtn biking every week this summer and I get my braces off in one month so should I get a mouth guard for mountain biking? I would hate to knock any teeth out after 5 years of braces. Also what type of mouthguard? I've never had one so what's the best? And where do I get one? Thanks
Will whey protein along with mountain biking get me a little bigger and cut?
I'm using gold standard %100 whey, about 100 125g a day. My only primary form of workout is mountain biking which is about three times a week either on trails or uphill, downhills, etc. None the less I do it pretty rigourously and often. I wanna gain a little mass and muscle so I figured the whey blend would work. Any suggestions or comments?

I fell hard mountain biking onto my lower back 16 days ago and isn't getting much better?
It is mainly on the right side of my rear end and lower back. Lot's of bruising which has just went away. It is not near the spine. I do not have health insurance, but am worried that it is not healing. I have had ice on it for over two weeks, I can walk, get in and out of cars, mow grass but it still gets very sore. Still swollen too...

I fell hard mountain biking onto my lower back 6 days ago and it keeps getting worse?
I fell some 8 feet onto my lower back jumping my mountain bike 6 days ago. The pain was excruciating when I first happened, and has progressively gotten more swollen with more bruises showing up on lower spine and surrounding areas. I have a pins and needles like feeling on my lower back and it's sort of numb in certain areas. It hurts day to day walking around and I get sharp pain if any pressure is applied to it like sitting in a chair. I've researched and decided it might be a herniated disc but the bruising seemed to go against that. Sorry for the long post, i'm just concerned about it getting worse over 6 days.
Would mountain biking be a good way for me to lose weight?
I don't have a whole lot to lose, but unfortunately I don't play any sports asthmatic pigeon toed folks don't take well to sports , so the weight certainly isn't going anywhere anytime soon unless I do something about it. So my question is, would 45 minute trips out on the trails on a bike be a good way to lose weight? If not, could you recommend some other activity for me?

" I have been mountain biking for the past 4 years 24 7, 15 miles a day Last time I had intercourse, I did not last for more than a minute.The doctor said that I checked out fine. After, going to the doctor, I found the above in an article. I have not tried intercourse since. I am waiting for my confidence level to rise again. My question is, due to the mountain bike riding, could this now be a permanent problem? Any others experienced this? What did you do about it? Also I do suffer from anxiety so I don't know if it is just that. Any advice
Why did I feel so good after a mountain bike accident?
I had a mountain biking accident about a month ago.I was going pretty fast and tried to jump over a log that had slime growing on it that I did not notice.I hit the ground HARD. Landed on my right side of my head and cracked my helmet in half.I thought at first I had completely bashed in the right side of my face, but only had a big goose egg and really a bad road rash.I kept biking for 4 more days I was on a vacation and had fun.But after the accident I felt really good for about 2 weeks and had lots of energy and almost felt euphoric.Is this a " normal" res ponce for a near death experience?
