I have a question about those medical alert bracelets?
I just found out that I am very lactose intolerant if I NEED to take a dairy aid lactaid before eating ANYTHING with even the least bit of dairy in it, should I wear a medical alert jewelry thing of some sort? Basically because I know some emergency medications have lactose in them... should I need to take one or be given one in an emergency should I get an identification thingy?

hiim 13 and i have very severe exercise induced asthma. If i dont take my inhaler before and after a bit of running swimming biking i can't breath at all. Even if im late for class so i have to run from one side of my school to another i have to take my inhaler. so i have pretty bad asthma and im still a runner, but i tend to get a lot of asthma attacks during my runs. i carry my emergency inhaler, but i still worry because during my high school cross country races i cant have it with me, and if something were to go wrong, identification would be a good idea. i also do other races and am hoping to do a marathon .so basically, do you think a medical alert bracelet would be a good idea or not? how do i order one?thank you in advance.
