1 what is your age? or age group? 2 how long have you had diabetes?3 Are there any social groups that help to raise money for medical treatments that you know of in your community?4 Were there any symptoms when it started?5 Did you know from the start that you had diabetes or did you find out months weeks years later?PLEASE PLEASE I BEG YOU PLEASE ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS ITS REALLY URGENT THANK U SO VERY MUCH last question, do you think that social groups, schools etc. are doing enough to raise diabetes awareness in schools? seeing that children are now developing diabetes t an early age.
Whats the hardest part about living with diabetes...diabetics ONLY or people living with a diabetic?
I don't remember how it happened, but my English Professor and I got on the subject of my type 1 diabetes. She asked me how many shots I took, and when I took them. I told her usually I take 4 6 shots. Then after a few seconds she asked me " is that hard?" I told her the shots weren't hard to do.So my question is what is the hardest part about living with diabetes?

I have been worrying myself to death every since i knew something was was wrong with my body. I have went to the doctor and i am now waiting on results from some blood work. Everyone tells me that everything is going to be okay either way if its something good nor bad but idk. I have been so depressed lately because I'm scared.

ugh,it sucks. i mean evryday i do the same things and it just irrates me so much. how can i survive it? i just get so tired of it and always wonder why me? and i hate it when my mom yells at me for it,i'm a teenager and it's not always the first thing i think about and ugh. she doesn't know what it i slike to live with it. please give me any advice you have i've had it since i was 4
Is it possible to live with diabetes without medication regiment?
I' pre dibetec, but i do become dibetec is it possiable to live with it without medication?Someone who becomes diabeteic functions without the medication before their put on it, so if i were to never take it, would i be fine?

I've always considered that I may have an underlying cause to why I have certain symptoms like Frequent urination Excessive thirst Increased fatigue Blurry vision after exercising of which I picked up the frequent urination 6 years ago, and it has only gotten a little better since.

Just in general I suppose it depends what you eat after your pancreas quits making insulin. But about how long?

maybe i've had type 2 for years...i'm from canada so we measure glucose levels by ml mol...so when i drink beer i get crazy levels 20's ....a1c 7.5 ....depression and other issues ...44 yr's old...when will things get real real real bad?
28yrs old living with DIABETES and NEED to gain control please help me!?
I am 28yrs old and I have been living with type II diabetes for 6 yrs now and I just started to have to see the drs for it, I am getting very discouraged and sick of eating the heath foods and sick of not being able to eat what I want....IMy dr has given me a 3 month time frame to bring my numbers from 13 down to 7, and I have been 2 months and not able to do it. I am so discouraged. I told my husband I just want to give up and go on the pills he advised to me.Any suggestions?
