Need advice on eating healthy?
Now i understand that i would be better off seeking a professional's point of view dietetist for this buuut i don't have that kind of money right now.See i started lifting weights and i'd like to know what kind of food to eat more lessWhat to mostly completely avoid without getting into obvious statements like " Don't eat pizza" .And if any of you have some extra tips like Healthy recipes for dinner mostly, it would be deeply appreciated.
Struggling to loose weight, I'm eating healthy and exercising!!?
Since August I have lost 3 stone and have gone from 90kg to 70kg. By the way I am a 5" 7 20 yr old female. Around November I stopped losing weight and my weight stabilized at 72 kg and no matter what I did I couldnt shift the weight I ate around 1,200 calories and went to the gym nearly every day. Over xmas I had a few really bad binges because I deprived myself so much I weighed myself mid January and I lost a kilo A week later I weighed myself again and lost another kilo during that week I didnt go to the gym because of exams and I ate more often because I spent all day studying, but I didnt overreat and still ate healthy .I'm struggling to loose weight again and its really annoying, this week I have lost a single pound. I've been to the gym more this week because my exams are over. I burn on average around 500 calories doing cardio and I've started doing more resistance training. I've changed my eating habits and am now trying the little and often thing. The number on the scales isnt budging and I'm desperate to get down to 60 kg 9 st 6lb , but its not happening. I have upped my calorie intake and have between 1,400 1,600 calories because I was eating too little, but I'm still no noticing a change.
How to start eating healthy?
So, I'm 18 and I've been eating unhealthy for basically 10 years now. All I've been eating was a mix of sandwiches, pizzas and burgers my fault, my parents tried ...I'm not fat, i'm actually rather THIN, but faaar from healthy...I often feel dizzy when standing up and just weak in general.. So what do you suggest i do? What food do i HAVE TO start eating? But, i have to ease my way into this, because i'm not used to different tastes

How to stay motivated about eating healthy for better skin?
i definitely think there is a connection between acne and a poor diet. But ido good for a couple of days and then say 'oh well i'll start tomorrow' when i see a chocolate bar loli am just tired of doing this and soon as i eat something really bad i feel dperessed afterwards. i am 16 and always breaking out, please help
I spent two years losing weight 100 lbs and eating healthy, but im starting to regain it back, gained 60 lbs?
being healthy as always been healthy to me, im 27 and finally lost the weight. i even got an AA at MDC to be a dietitian, i wanted to be a healthy person, and avoid my parents health issues. my moms diabetic and has cholesterol and blood pressure issues. shes doing her best to get healthier thankfully.but i have issues equating my self value, with whats on the mirror. i wasnt happy when i got to 130 lbs im 5'5" i hated the way my body looked, and exercise weights did nothing. i have a closet full of clothes that dont fit, i wont go out with family because nothing fits. and i dont have money to buy clothes.i just feel so down and not sure what i want to do. i feel so tired of the whole process of losing weight, then gaining weight. rinse and repeat. i feel like a failure, and i dont even now if its worth it to try anymore. i feel no desire or motivation to lose the weight anymore. has anyone been where i am before, what helped you decide what you really wanted? please help its not just about my weight, or self esteem, i dont even know if i want to continue at FIU to get my degree on dietetics.
I gained weight but i've been eating healthy and working out?
OK so I have been eating healthy, working out and lifting weights, buuuut they're " sissy" weights. I have also been sick could that have something to do with it? Because i'm really concerned that I gained 6 pounds in a matter of a week or two. How to eat healthy on a tight budget?
Lets face it, eating healthy is expensive and instead you could go get some dollar burgers instead for way less than buying some fruits. And i hate it. I swim year around and i need to eat healthy. I do actually eat healthier than most people, i stay away from fast foods and eat a good breakfast and make sure to stay away from sugary things as much as i can. But are there any tips for eating healthy on a tight budget?

If i go to the gym for 3months and eat healthy will i loose weight? ?
I'm 16, Female. Currently I'm around 70kg and I would like to be 55kg, so I would like to loose 25kg in 3months this is june, july & august. From now on I'm going to be eating healthy but when it gets to june I'm going to start working out, but in late july & early august its gonna be ramadan so I won't be eating as much anyways so will I be able to loose this weight?
