Kids eating healthy and clothes don't fit?
Have a question for anyone. Say a family 2 small kids eat more junk and reg not whole wheat pasta then healthy foods. What would you do?Kids are wearing clothes that are a little to small for them. The family has plenty of money to buy new clothes and buy healthy foods but don't and are cheap. What would you do?Should I speak up or let the parents realize this? Parents don't eat that well either.I'm not family and wouldn't ever say anything. It's the parents fault and no one else.The clothes are a little short in the legs and arms. They need 3T and 12 mnths not 2T and 9 mnths

Is this what eating healthy is like?!?!?! Please help!!!!?
I have recently started trying to eat healthier. I have cut out fast food, sweets, most of my bread and eating late. I work 2 jobs so it's hard to get a set schedule for meals but I eat mostly salads, fruit, lean cuisines and healthy cereal for breakfast. I was really enjoying different types of Cheerios but they made my stomach really upset, sorry to be gross but I was pooping around 5 times on the days I ate cheerios. I have recently changed to Special K and it's starting to do the same thing. Please help I know it's probably the fiber in the cereal but I don't think it's supposed to make you poop this much with pains and gas. Does this happen to anybody else?? what should I do??
Struggling to loose weight, I'm eating healthy and exercising!!?
Since August I have lost 3 stone and have gone from 90kg to 70kg. By the way I am a 5" 7 20 yr old female. Around November I stopped losing weight and my weight stabilized at 72 kg and no matter what I did I couldnt shift the weight I ate around 1,200 calories and went to the gym nearly every day. Over xmas I had a few really bad binges because I deprived myself so much I weighed myself mid January and I lost a kilo A week later I weighed myself again and lost another kilo during that week I didnt go to the gym because of exams and I ate more often because I spent all day studying, but I didnt overreat and still ate healthy .I'm struggling to loose weight again and its really annoying, this week I have lost a single pound. I've been to the gym more this week because my exams are over. I burn on average around 500 calories doing cardio and I've started doing more resistance training. I've changed my eating habits and am now trying the little and often thing. The number on the scales isnt budging and I'm desperate to get down to 60 kg 9 st 6lb , but its not happening. I have upped my calorie intake and have between 1,400 1,600 calories because I was eating too little, but I'm still no noticing a change.
Does eating healthy foods like fish, wholegrains, fruits, veg and nuts help you maintain weight?

Why do I get soo tired when I'm eating healthy and working out?
I've only recently on sat started eating very small meals every 3 hours and each meal is healthy it has veggies, carbohydrates and proteins and it tastes good and I'm not hungry...but today was quite stressful my parents pressure me to get a job when I'm still studying at university and this made me feel upset and like a loser that I don't have a job yet...I worked out a little bit but through the whole day i was soo tired i couldn't do housework and I only did a little bit of exercise....I feel stressed so I would really like something sweet to eat, but not hungry either...I'm in syd australia, it just turned to 8pm and this happened from 11am till now...
I am torn between eating healthy and junk food? Help me decide.?
I have a fast metabolism and never gain weight so I can eat pretty much whatever junk food I want and still have a slim figure. I have been eating healthier lately just for the purpose of being healthy. I am how ever torn between continuing to eat healthy or going back to my unhealthy habits of chocolate and McDonalds. I figure I won't have this metabolism forever so I might as well take advantage of it while I can. On the other hand, if I start healthy habits now they will benefit me down the road and stick with me. So what do you think? Healthy or junk food?

Will eating healthy with little exercise help lose weight?
I've been trying to lose weight for a long time. And I have gym in school for an hour every second day. And I was wondering if I eat healthy with little exercise would it be possible to lose 10 15 pounds by august.?And I was wondering if you can still eat cereal if your on a diet? And could you still eat breads too?

Eating healthy and dieting question?
So I've always been naturally thin but recently I have put on a little weight. I never really ate healthy but now I've started watching what i eat. I also have been running a lot because i run cross country but it's my off season. anyway, if i have been eating 3 very healthy meals a day and 2 snacks, do you think that the weight will come off in addition to the exercise? and ive been drinking lots of water.I'm trying to make a lifestyle out of this basically so it will stick with me even after it comes off.and do you have any tips for eating healthy or anything to do with that?thanks
