German Shepherd health concerns?
My boyfriends dog is a German Shepherd. Hes approx 6 years old and has been very well looked after. The last two weeks have been problematic however since hes stopped eating, has diarrhea and vomits if he eats anything at all . Weve taken him to a vet over the past week he has had a blood test which returned with no negative indications, and an x ray that shows no signs of blockage. The vet thinks it may be cancer? Does anyone know anything about this sort of thing? Thanks
