She is 8 years old and has a heart problem therefor cant get out walks , she also has hip dysplasia and now her front legs are startin to go aswell ..the vet sent me home with her today but said i should start thinkin about whats best for the dog ..can anyone give me some advice ?

He's about a year and a half old. My dad accidentally ran his head over but didnt get to completely run it over like it was just stuck a bit. Well anyways, he got better and started to run around and everything as if nothing happened. But, now he can barely walk and his joints are very swollen. It seems like he has arthritis or something. He eats very well and drinks plenty of water. I'm not too sure whats wrong. My family can't afford a vet but we do give him vitamins everyday and some vitamin that helps add weight but he doesnt seem to get any better. He is up to date with his vaccines. Any ideas? Anyone?This was an accident, it's not that we can't keep a dog... So please no harsh comments. We are a normal family struggling with money right now and we are trying to see what the public has to say about this. Who would run over a dogs head on purpose? Like I said after that incident he was perfectly fine, just a few months later he got sick. We're trying our hardest to get him to a vet, trust me.

he is a little fat and gets inflated up like a balloon after a meal.....he sleeps a lot and is playful only very rarely....pls comment also on quantity of milk i should give him
