Has anyone tried any type of detox diet?
I have been reading about detox diets and wondering if anyone has tried them and what the result has been? I thought this would be a good way to jump start my diet. I have heard of the vegetable detox and lemon detox..is there any others that you've heard of??

What type of detox diet is best recommended for acne treatment?
I suffer from acne prone skin and constant break outs. I'm a huge fan of natural remedies and I know that treating a problem from the inside is the most effective method. Changes in diet are supposed to be very effective against acne, and I've read that it is suggested to go on a brief detox diet to cleanse the body and have more immediate results. However, I've failed to find a detailed detox diet specifically for acne. I'm looking for a very specific list of foods to eat and avoid, as well as a time frame to stay on the diet. Bare in mind, I am vegan, so please avoid providing any suggestions including eggs, dairy, or meat.
