Best food to use for cake decorating?
Hi there,I love making my sister a cake for her birthday, and this year it seems I'm making her a 'Chipwrecked' cake, meaning I have to sculpt six little chipmunks. This isnt the problem, the problem is she had a chipmunk cake last year too, but I only did Alvin Simon and Theodore because of the size of the cake. Towards the end of the sculpting, Alvin and Simon were drying thankfully on the cake and Theodore was beginning to become harder to mold. Are there any better foods to use to make them? I need this food to be available to color myself because all the chipmunks and chipettes are different colors. I also live in the UK so some foods I don't get because they are American.Thanks for the ideas in advance

What compressor to use with the Paasche VSR90 Airbrush for Cake Decorating?
I've been looking around for a while now and would like to get the Paasche VSR90 airbrush to use in my cake decorating because of it's duel cups and multiple options. My question though is what kind of compressor is compatible with this airbrush, and can anyone give me any reviews on it? I've read to only use authentic compressors safe for food because of the lead issue in hobby type compressors. Has anyone used this airbrush and can give a beginner some tips on what kind of compressor works well with it?Thanks a lot in advance

Cake Decorating Starter Set?
Im 15 and Im very interested in cake decorating. In my previous question about cake decorating I asked if anyone knows where I can get one in canada and someone suggested Michaels. We have Michaels but turns out my moms getting it on Thursday when she's go to the town Michaels is in. And so I want to be there when she gets it but I cant, so I was wondering if anyone knows what I would want need for sure in the kit so I can write it down for her. Thanks
