I want to set up my own business but I'm not sure where to start. I know you need to have accounts, business plan, objectives, aims etc.. but could someone please tell me a structure on how you start things? |

Step 5: Determine the Legal Structure of Your Business Decide which form of ownership is best for you: sole proprietorship, partnership, Limited Liability Company (LLC), corporation, S corporation, nonprofit or cooperative. Step 6: Register a Business Name ( "Doing Business As ") Register your business name with your state government. Here are some steps. These steps assume that you already have an idea. 1. Write a business plan. Look up some business plan templates online. These won't help too much but they will give you a bit of an idea. Do your research on your idea while you are writing your business plan. 2. If you need a loan, take your plan to some banks, to get your loan. Make sure you have very accurate and realistic figures for your projected income and expenses, and how much you will need for your loan. 3. For starting a business you have to be very sound with your financials. Take a time frame in which you would be offering the salaries on your own i.e. without earning any profit. Then write a business plan. Be realistic about your monthly targets. Do research about the market in advance and know about your competitors. toships.com/ |
